Chennai – J. Robinson always dreamt of doing something for the young and the illiterate and as a devout Christian, he wanted to bring the Word of God closer to the people. God made his dream come true when he recently created a unique visual Bible – where microscopic text forms pictures – as part of efforts to reach out to the young and the illiterate.
He wants to share the Gospel with as many people as possible, including children and those who cannot read.
Always yearning to share the Gospel with the young and the illiterate, Mr. Robinson figured that the idea of a "visual" Bible – creating figures depicting the meaning of the chapter would best suit his purpose. In his visual Bible, the pictures are formed by a microscopic version of the Scriptures.
"I write the script of the Bible continuously for 40 hours to finish one article. In my mind, I have arranged 71 articles to complete the full Bible into a pictured Bible," he said.
Mr. Robinson wants to enter into the Guinness Book of World Records by writing the Bible continuously for record–breaking hours and creating pictures out of his words.
First, he sketches the figures and then fills the space with tiny letters using a ballpoint pen.
He has completed about 10 per cent of his creation that he calls the 'Table Top' or the 'Hanging' Bible.
