Church of North India to Start Ten CBSE Schools in Jharkhand

The Church of North India (CNI) on Aug. 21 has planned to build an education hub in Jharkhand parenting 10 new CBSE-affiliated English medium schools to offer quality education that will be easily accessible for the students in the state.

The initiation will also put an end to student migration.

"The CNI is already managing five English medium schools in Ranchi and Khunti, all affiliated to ICSE, along with two Hindi medium schools for girls in Ranchi and Chaibasa. All these schools have stood the test of time, offering the best of education to boys and girls of the state" said Bishop B. B. Baskey, head of the CNI in Chotanagpur, according to Times of India.

"We have now drawn up plans to set up an education hub of 10 schools, all affiliated to CBSE, that would be located at Ranchi and Itki in Ranchi district, Manoharpur in West Singhbhum district and Kamdara in Gumla district. The headquarters would be based in Ranchi," he added.
